| The Large Batch Cooker will process up to 100 gallons in a single batch. Anything you can cook on a FireMixer or other cooker-mixer, you can make in this cooker. With four independently controlled gas burners, you can cook with 1, 2, 3 or all 4 burners on and really control your rate of cooking. Digital temperature control with monitoring of the batch temperature and kettle skin temperature, and a three speed spring-loaded agitator, provide surprisingly accurate control of the cook. Use the Large Batch Cooker as a SugarBoiler to compliment your FireMixers!

For high productivity output with the ultimate final quality, use the Large Batch Cooker as a SugarBoiler / Pre-Cooker to pre-heat sugar syrup to temperature. Then add the hot syrup with other ingredients into the FireMixer kettle for the final cook. Product spends less time in the FireMixer kettle for added productivity.
